Project Overview

This projects involved restoring a dilapidated 120-year-old Rana-era palace block in Patan into a luxury 5-star boutique hotel. Standard demolition was not an option due to heritage laws. We carefully retrofitted the building using carbon-fiber sheets and micro-cement injections to strengthen brick masonry. The classic terracotta tiles and master wooden carvings were carefully restored by local Newari craftsmen.
