Vajra Heights is a premium 9-story luxury residential apartment building in the heart of Jhamsikhel. Designed to blend modern luxury with safety, it features a seismic-resistant core frame, architectural glass facades, premium rooftop gardens, and an infinity pool. The interior features state-of-the-art kitchens, smart home automation, and acoustic windows to block city noise.
commercialSummit Business Tower
Located in Kathmandu's premium high-street district, Durbar Marg, Summit Business Tower is an architectural landmark. This 12-story high-rise features dynamic double-glazed glass facades to reduce heat transmission, high-speed smart elevators, and 3 levels of underground automated basement parking. The structural composite steel design enabled rapid construction with extreme seismic safety.
industrialTrishuli Valley Hydropower Powerhouse
A critical infrastructure project, our scope of work involved the complete design and construction of the powerhouse, intake channels, and concrete penstocks for the 45MW Trishuli Hydropower project. It required excavating over 80,000 cubic meters of mountain rock, applying heavy steel-reinforced shotcrete walls, and casting precision mass-concrete turbine foundations to support enormous vibrating loads.
